The hotel offers fantastic wheelchair access, with a decent breakfast included. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service at the reception desk is top-notch, including a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The location is extremely convenient, close to the old town center and restaurants in the city, as well as being right on an avenue and extremely near to the tram stop. The dining experience is delightful with a tasteful coffee and various assortment, although the cheese rolls were not to my liking. The facilities are modern and well-equipped.
